Before you book
What coating can and cannot do.
Will ceramic coating stop scratches or rock chips?
No. Ceramic coating is not scratch-proof and is not a physical rock-chip shield. It helps with gloss, water behaviour and maintenance. Choose paint protection film when reducing damage from road debris is the priority.
Does a new car need polishing first?
New paint can still have transport marks, dealership haze or wash-induced swirls. We inspect it and recommend appropriate preparation. A new-vehicle enhancement is not a substitute for heavier correction if the paint has deeper defects.
What warranty comes with the coating?
The coating is warrantied for the period stated in your selected package. Coverage requires that the coated surfaces have not been repainted, repolished or stripped and have not been subject to excessive abuse. Confirm your selected coating coverage and care requirements with us before booking.
Does coating mean I no longer need to wash?
No. Regular careful washing is still important. A maintained coating can make dirt and water easier to manage, but neglect, harsh chemicals and abrasive washing can affect the finish. Our hand-wash and detailing options are available for ongoing care.
Is this the same as the $40 ceramic spray?
No. The optional spray protection offered with detailing is separate from these multi-year ceramic coating packages. The packages here include the listed paint preparation and a 3-year coating, with any available longer-term upgrade selected separately.
How does booking and drop-off work?
Select your package and vehicle size in Square, then request a drop-off time. The 30-minute slot is a drop-off window, not the full service duration. Coating and correction may require an overnight stay. We confirm estimated completion before accepting your request.
