What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Our PPF comes with a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty through Verleno Canada. Verleno’s published terms cover eligible material and manufacturing defects, including yellowing, bubbling and cracking. Read the Verleno warranty terms and ask us to confirm the film and paperwork for your installation. The warranty is not insurance against stone impacts, accidents or general wear.
Can PPF prevent every chip or scratch?
No. Film helps reduce damage in covered areas, but sharp objects or a strong enough impact can still damage the film and paint. PPF is protection, not an indestructible finish, and it does not repair existing damage.
Should a new vehicle get PPF right away?
Early installation can protect paint before everyday driving introduces chips and wear. Even a new vehicle needs inspection and preparation. We discuss existing marks and the panels you want covered before installation.
Is PPF the same as ceramic coating?
No. PPF is a physical protective layer that helps with road debris and light surface damage. Ceramic coating helps with gloss, water behaviour and cleaning, but does not replace film for chip protection. They can be combined for different benefits.
What if my paint already has swirls or chips?
Film is not a repair for damaged paint. We assess the surface first and may recommend paint correction for suitable swirls or haze. Deep chips, peeling paint or other damage may need separate repairs.
How does the booking request work?
Choose the coverage and vehicle size in Square, then request a drop-off time. The 30-minute appointment is a drop-off window. Installation estimates range from about one day for partial front to three to five days for full body, and we confirm timing after vehicle review.
